One thing you’ll quickly learn about David is that he’s always going to find a way to do that extra thing...no matter what. Years ago, he branded himself as agentabove, and it couldn’t be more fitting.
Here’s a perfect example: David sold a home in Troon and noticed the bar area had beer tap handles positioned in a way that made it impossible for a standard tray to fit. Instead of shrugging it off, he snapped some pics, took measurements, and called up his good buddy Joe to custom build a tray that fit perfectly.
His clients were floored not just because the tray solved the problem, but because he even thought to do it in the first place. That’s David in a nutshell always going the extra mile to make sure his clients are taken care of in ways they didn’t even know they needed.
