If you are selling, he’ll tell you straight what you can expect for your home and what you need to do to get your house ready to sell for the best price. If you are buying, he’ll tell you everything he thinks needs work, what to be concerned with and what not, what should be repaired by the seller, or what he thinks you can do to make an improvement yourself. He’ll answer a phone, text, or email at most hours of any given day or night to help alleviate all those last-minute anxious questions that are losing you sleep and he does so always enthusiastically. If he does not know the answer to a question, which is extremely rare, he’ll get an answer for you in a short period of time. He always has great recommendations for any type of work you may need to be done and for people that can do work for you if you cannot do it yourself. He’ll even help with recommendations years after you close. Over many years I have bought and/or sold five homes in Arizona. I can assure you; that no one is better than Dave. He had nothing to gain by doing this. Essentially, he has become a great friend. He bends over backwards for his clients. There are millions of real estate agents out there but it’s hard to find a gem like David.
